The Cuisine at Chicken Paradise
Your breakfast can be served almost anywhere you like, and, as our only guests, the serving time is quite flexible and you can request it to suit your schedule. If you have an early morning flight or all day meeting we can prepare a meal or snack packed to your specifications for you to take with you.
For those of you with no dietary restrictions, you will be hard pressed to taste the difference in gluten-free baking, so don't think you'll be giving up muffins, bread or scones.
You'll find that our devotion to the freshest ingredients, many of which we produce ourselves, will result in meals that taste better than any you have had in a long time. As a matter of fact, many of our frequent visitors have no dietary restrictions at all.
We understand that if you are on a gluten-free diet, you'll be concerned about the food you consume away from Chicken Paradise, as you are sightseeing or occupied on business. You should look upon us as your "celiac concierges," which means that we are willing and able to help you find out what you need to know about eating gluten-free in San Antonio. You are undoubtedly familiar with how to order gluten-free at restaurants. We can guide you as you explore the San Antonio GF dining scene. We have provided a list of local GF-friendly restaurants on the Attractions/Links page. Also, you will find a "celiac notebook" in your suite that makes suggestions and provides reviews about some unusual places to eat. Did you know that there are a few places at SeaWorld where it is safe to eat? (If you're curious, you can find a review of their dining choices on the Attractions/Links page.) We've personally done a lot of dining out here in San Antonio, and so whether you want a quick burger or a fancy celebration dinner on the river, we can advise you. (And you can find quite a few reviews of some of our favorites on the Attractions/Links page; some are so good, you might just want to come stay here just to sample them!)
